Direct the professional development of petitioner's soccer coaching staff, develop and implement petitioner’s youth soccer coaching programs, as follows: develop and teach youth soccer coaching exercises and strategies for coaching staff; oversee speed, agility and quickness training programs; develop and complete evaluations of petitioner’s coaches' performance, observing them in the field to do so; serve as coaching director, perform head coaching duties for selected teams competing in premier or elite level leagues. 1 position.
