ICF is actively seeking a senior project director with expertise in public health preparedness and response, disaster human services delivery and/or repatriation . Specific areas of responsibility may include:

• Provide subject matter expertise to projects supporting public health preparedness and response, repatriating citizens, communities impacted by disaster, and/or the domestic public health infrastructure.

• Conduct hazard vulnerability assessments and risk assessments, developing preparedness plans and leading workshops and exercises.

• Lead research and/or technical assistance teams in delivering high-quality projects

• Build a pipeline of opportunities that align with ICF’s objectives to promote a robust human services infrastructure across targeted domains.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in human services, public health, economics, or related discipline.

• Demonstrated success as a leader in federal and state human services and emergency preparedness delivery, including supporting federal, state and local health departments, healthcare systems and facilities.

• Demonstrated experience with routine and emergency repatriation programs and disaster recovery.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing large, complex projects within the federal market.

• 10+ years of experience in designing and delivering multimodal technical assistance across targeted domains.

• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality, professional visualizations, presentations, reports and other data products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastery of relevant systems and tools for research (i.e., qualitative and quantitative software packages) and capture (i.e., pipeline management, sales enablement).

• Experience in culturally responsive evaluation, participatory evaluation, and/or implementation science.

• Senior-level expertise across the business development lifecycle; demonstrated success in business growth and portfolio expansion.

• Demonstrated success in developing and supervising others.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
