Job Description

Insight Global's financial services client is looking for a Retirement Plan Specialist to join their team. This person will represent this firm in a sales capacity to clients and prospects in their territory with the goal of generating new group takeover plans and cross-selling other products. The responsibilities of this candidate include setting appointments with plan sponsors of 401k and 403b plans. They will do this by cold calling, networking and getting referrals.

Skills and Requirements

-2+ years of sales experience including cold calling, prospecting, relationship building, and territory management

-Active FINRA Series 6, 63, and SIE (if they have their Series 7 they do not need the 6 and 63)

-Strong oral and written communication skills

-Valid driver's license -Bachelors Degree

-Retirement plan product knowledge such as 401k and 403b null
