Basic Job Functions:

The Project Coordinators responsibilities include, but are not limited to, taking care of our customers by executing the divisions safety, quality, cost, productivity, and profitability objectives. The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator will be assisting the Project Management team in executing project activities from order to cash. Principle activities include initial order entry of all awarded projects, ensuring all internal timelines are being met from design, procurement, production, outside processing, and shipping to ultimately maximize our on-time delivery to the customer.

The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Partner with NTSHQ Talent Specialist to design and drive marketing strategy across all NTS locations to help meet recruitment targets and milestones for the next 36 months

• Partner with NTSHQ Talent Specialist to engage with communities across all NTS locations and help build strategic partnerships with universities, tech/trade schools and high schools

• Partner with HR Generalist to ensure we have the right branding and quality when it comes to swag, brochures, etc. for career fairs and the related

• Design and curate NTS social media presence, incorporating TM EngagemeNTS initiatives

• Partner with NTS HR team to help build out TM EngagemeNTS branding and communication channels

• Be an active member of the TM EngagemeNTS committee

• Particularly with regards to managing budgets and DEI initiatives

  This role will dedicate 50% of their time to the above, with the remaining 50% supporting all things commercial. This position resides in Rock Hill, SC and will require 25% travel.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent Proven ability to utilize analytical/statistical tools Experience working with ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field Advanced problem-solving skills Extensive computer knowledge and proficiency Demonstrated ability to read and interpret project drawings, shop details and specifications
