Our Opportunity:

Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. has an open position for a Senior Staff, Business Process Analyst in San Francisco, CA. Gather reporting requirements, perform data analysis and profiling, and complete reports, and analytics development to accomplish business objectives. Design and develop reports using Business Intelligence tools such as SQL Server reporting Services, Tableau, and Business Objects. Verify application results by executing quality assurance data verifications tests using SQL queries. Develop database scripts in SQL server and Teradata databases. Create Investment Management reporting data models in SQL server database. Perform Business Intelligence Tool administration work such as scheduler management and report delivery services. Support and maintain production reports to ensure data accuracy and quality.

What you’ll do:

Gather reporting requirements, perform data analysis

and profiling, and complete reports, and analytics development to accomplish

business objectives. Design and develop reports using Business Intelligence

tools such as SQL Server reporting Services, Tableau, and Business Objects.

Verify application results by executing quality assurance data verifications

tests using SQL queries. Develop database scripts in SQL server and Teradata

databases. Create Investment Management reporting data models in SQL server

database. Perform Business Intelligence Tool administration work such as

scheduler management and report delivery services. Support and maintain

production reports to ensure data accuracy and quality.

What you have:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or related occupation.

Experience and/or education must include:

  1. Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Data Modeling and Design;

  2. Report Development using SQL Server Reporting Services and Business Objects;

  3. Business Intelligence Tool Administration;

  4. Database programming including SQL server scripts;

  5. Dimensional Modeling Techniques;

  6. Source Control and Change Management process using Microsoft Visual Studio; and
