Reporting to the South Region Service Manager, and being part as Fiel Service Technician you will install, service, and maintain our equipment to keep it running at top operating efficiency. On a given day, yo may: Conduct inspections, repairs, Maintenance and Trouble Shouting in customer facilities. Provide accurate and detailed service visit reports Create solutions to new technical problems and develop suggestions for continuous improvement. Support Installations when needed Coordinate Technical communication flow inside JBT organization Participate in creating and applying working procedures for Service department tasks. Inform of potential improvements and progress. Training of Service on customers. Response to technical questions from customers, technicians, and sales force. Jobs and services provided to customers follow-up Assistance to Sales departments providing technical information and customer assistance. Why work at JBT ... At least 5 years’ experience from a similar role or tasks working with equipment as Service/Installation Engineer in Food/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry or as Maintenance Tecninician within the Process industry Strong communication and customer service skills Able to travel and work at flexible hours as the job may require, also at the weekends Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
