Job Summary:

The Research Support Specialist be assisting with Animal experiments, animal care, tissue dissection; Cell culture experiments, drug treatment, isolating protein and RNA, imaging, and Flow Cytometry.

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Assist in the design and execution of research studies.

• Conduct laboratory experiments, collect and analyze data.

• Maintain accurate records of research findings and analysis.

• Collaborate with the team to prepare research papers, reports, and presentations.

• Organizing the lab and taking care of the equipment and maintain inventory.

  Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interest in inflammatory diseases and metabolic disorders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Prior years of prior experience working in a research laboratory.

Work Days:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $31,200 - 40,000, DOE

Salary will depend on the extent of prior experience working in a research laboratory.
