Job Summary and Qualifications

The Executive Assistant, under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Nursing Officer, provides support in coordinating the daily operations of Administration. Under the supervision of the CEO and CNO, the Executive Assistant ensures that administrative functions are carried out promptly, compiles and maintains administrative files, prepares all Board of Trustees’ materials, and ensures the timely submission of all communications to the Corporate/Division offices. The Executive Assistant will manage the COO, CNO, VP of Operations and the ACNO.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative or executive secretary position in a hospital or medical setting

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
