Our client, is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. As a Production Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain Department.

Job Title: Production Planner

Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia

Pay Range: 70,000-89,000

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

1 Analyze, plan, release, control, reschedule and cancel orders based on MRP generated requirements. Minimizes assembly downtime while meeting goals relating to cost savings, quality, inventory management and downtime. Performs daily.

2 Provides regular training, instruction and guidance including department procedures, strategies, negotiations, engineering changes, MRP and PC systems. Performs weekly to monthly.

3 Maintains adequate supply to meet demands while keeping inventory levels at desired targets consistent with ABC cost analysis.

What’s Needed?

• MRP Experience

• Knowledge of CPIM or CSCP

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
