Über die Position

Wir suchen einen Payroll Analysten (m/w/d) für die Gehaltsabrechnung von Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). Die Abteilung besteht aus einem kleinen deutschen Team in München, das Teil eines Shared-Service Center mit Sitz in Chester ist. Die Position hat darüber hinaus Schnittstellen mit der lokalen Personalabteilung, der Buchhaltung sowie dem externen Dienstleister der Gehaltsabrechnung.

Beschreibung der Position

• Sicherstellung der korrekten und termingenauen monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlichen Bestimmungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Dienstleister

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Shared-Service-Center

• Nutzung von globalen Tools sowie Prüfung und Kontrolle von Schnittstellen mit abrechnungsrelevanten Daten

• Ansprechpartner zu abrechnungsrelevanten Themen für Mitarbeiter (Level 2), Sozialversicherungs-trägern und Behörden sowie Bearbeitung der entsprechenden Korrespondenz inkl. Bescheinigungen

• Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung von Prozessverbesserungen und Optimierungs-möglichkeiten im Bereich Gehaltsabrechnung

• Mitarbeit / Unterstützung bei lokalen und globalen Projekten

Qualifikation für die Position

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der deutschen Gehaltsabrechnung bezüglich üblicher gehaltsabrechnungsrelevanter Prozesse: Pflege und Auswertung von Stammdaten, Zahlungslauf und Folgeaktivitäten, Lohnsteueranmeldung, Kontenabstimmung, Reports, Bescheinigungen

• Sichere Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

• Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (vor allem Excel) und SAP HR oder einem anderen Abrechnungssystem

• Analytische Fähigkeiten und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit externen Dienstleistern und Shared Service Modellen wünschenswert
