Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members.

  • Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time. 25% will be office work.

  • Ensures all employee training is completed.

  • Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching.

  • Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.

  • Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency.

  • Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.

  • Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed.

  • Communicates Guest feedback and engage the team in action plans to resolve issues.

  • Treats all team members fairly and with respect.

  • Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career.

  • Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organization and leadership skills.

  • Dependable and reliable.

  • Overall operations of the Restaurant

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience

  • Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required

  • Top-notch customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task

  • Financial literacy and analytical/problem solving skills

  • Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs

  • Must submit to a background check

We are looking for a Restaurant Store Manager for our store. We are a growing franchise looking for qualified individuals to grow along with us.

Managers work an average of 45-52 Hours per week and typical schedules are mornings to afternoons...so you can enjoy your evenings off!

Must have management experience and be able to prove knowledge of Team Build and Team Retention.
