Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Implement or integrate software, hardware and cloud based solutions into Schwab’s application stack.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of 5-7 employees,

  • Manage team budget, resource needs, the growth of resources and all aspects of leading a team

  • Prioritize work queue and project needs

  • Implement or integrate software, hardware and cloud based solutions into Schwab’s application stack

  • Responsible for production support, maintenance and enhancements of campaign management systems and marketing automation systems (for example: Unica, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)

  • Lead a .Net development team that develops an internally developed workflow management system (MRM)

  • Partner with marketing operations business team to implement improved Marketing Resource Management systems, Workfront and WebDAM

  • Responsible for the overall health and management of server systems and applications used by an internal ad agency as well as other key constituents within Schwab.

  • The environment consists of Macintosh, Windows and Linux hardware.

  • Applications include custom build solutions and 3rd party applications.

  • Collaborate with the development teams and technology leaders across Schwab technology on product development, best practices, and automation.

  • Providing direction and vision for the continued refinement of the technology support for our business partners.

  • Lead POCs to identify Pros and Cons in partnership with business

  • Assessing and applying emerging technologies, practices, and processes and strategizing and executing projects to improve efficiency and innovation.

What you have:

  • Experience as a lead developer/systems engineer or manager of a team of engineers

  • Experience developing platform strategy or roadmaps

  • Possess a keen knowledge, desire, and passion to produce usable and scalable software using advanced development technologies.

  • Understanding of Agile software development principles along with experience participating in agile projects

  • Knowledge of Marketing technologies a plus, preferable Unica, Marketo

  • BA/BS degree , MS/MBA preferred

  • Experience in negotiating contracts and vendor management

  • SQL understanding

  • Experience with Team Foundation Server

  • Knowledge of HTML,CSS, Web services or JavaScript helpfull

  • Knowledge of programming on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) environments helpful

  • Proven skills influencing and directing appropriate use of technology platforms and solution selection

  • Self-motivated, quick learner who can manage multiple projects with minimal direction Strong organizational skills, flexibility and ability to juggle multiple priorities
