SMX is seeking a Lead All Source Analyst to monitor and provide expertise regarding specific countries within USAREUR-AF’s AOR/AOI and plan/organize G2X’s analytical engagement with NATO and other foreign partner agencies in Wiesbaden, Germany.

This position requires a DoD Top Secret SCI clearance which requires US citizenship for work on a DoD contract.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multidiscipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

• Prepare timely written and oral assessments developed through classified research of theater and national level resources, including data bases and open-source information.

• Prepare specialized foreign intelligence and terrorism/ counter-terrorism threat-related assessments and briefings in support of a wide-range of contingency operations and plans.

• Produce assessments that are releasable to Allied and foreign partner services and engage these services to ensure common understanding and analytical operating pictures.

• Interpret complex foreign intelligence and terrorism activity and provides concise and coherent briefings on sensitive USAREUR-AF issues to senior leaders.

• Prepare specialized analytical products including technical reports and briefings and perform indications and warning analysis.

• Share information with intelligence, counterintelligence, and law enforcement activities including coalition, allied, host nation, and national agencies.

• Brief subordinate commands on the force protection situation in the USAREUR-AF AOR.

• Prepare and provide threat assessments and biographic information in support of senior staff officer visits or trips.

Required Skills & Experience

• Required Clearance: TS/SCI

• Master’s degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR a bachelor’s degree, thirteen (13) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations; OR an associate degree, minimum of sixteen (16) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis and operations; OR a High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum of twenty-two (22) years of related experience supporting intelligence analysis/operations.

• Five (5) years’ experience and knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven understanding of and experience with counterterrorism and/or counterintelligence all source analysis in the African and European Theater.

• Experience with link analysis and network diagrams.

• Experience using Analyst Notebook, common Intelligence Community databases and websites, CHROME, etc.

• Regional experience in one or more of the following focus areas: NATO, Russia, Baltics, Eurasia, Aegean, Balkans
