Technical Service Lead - Powersports - French

Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Reponsibilities:

• Provide professional phone, email, and in person technical support to TSV dealers on Snowmobiles, ATV's and ROV's.

• Resolve technical issues to all customer’s satisfaction.

• Address customer product issues, some that are potentially negative, in a professional and positive manner with the result being customer satisfaction.

• Facilitate a plan of action to resolve customer issues.

• Travel to customer locations to gather data, perform basic technical training, and trouble shooting.

• Create detailed test and trip reports and recommend solutions.

• Conduct Service Training Seminars for dealers, distributors, and internal employees.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Education: 2 year technical degree or related field preferred

• Years of Experience: 3 or more years of powersports technician experience required

• Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce and vehicle diagnostic software

• Travel Requirements: 30%

• Bilingual in North American French and English required
