PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Experienced Automotive Technicians for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Experienced Automotive Technicians will be working on experimental prototype builds as well as retro-fits. This Full Time Experienced Automotive Technician position offers an AM Day shift, PM Night shift plus Overtime as needed and based in Allen Park, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Full Time Experienced Automotive Technician position below are strongly encouraged to apply. AM Day shift available plus Overtime as needed.
Shift:
- AM Day shift: 6:45 am to 3:30 pm (Monday - Friday + OT as needed)
PM Night shift: 4:00 pm to 12:45 am (Monday - Friday + OT as needed)

Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-5 years' automotive technician / mechanic experience or equivalent military experience
- Must have own tools with rolling toolbox (Toolbox Program AVAILABLE!)
- Must have well rounded technician / mechanical experience and knowledge
- Must have good organizational skills
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must possess the skills to read, comprehend, and execute written procedures
- Must be an automotive technician / mechanic with a high level of urgency, motivation, and enthusiasm to learn
Must have reliable attendance and the willingness to work overtime/weekends
Preferred Skills:
- Ford experience
- State/ASE certifications
- Prototype build technician / mechanic experience
- Willingness and availability to work the afternoon shift
