KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be the bridge between Business and IT, understanding both sides needs

Propose process and standard documents into IT methodology

Use up-to-date best market technologies to achieve MVP and to split projects by sprints whenever it was possible.

Conduct a survey of business requirements with requesting users and design the technical solution;

Identify improvements to be implemented to optimize the company's resources and processes. Address the items identified with the IT Manager;

Ensure Local tools are aligned with Group IT, always checking if there is a solution in another country/region.

Ensure scalability, performance, reusability, and respect the information security criteria;

Monitor the development and the service provided by contracted companies acting as Quality Assurance;

Participate in IT Systems projects by developing applications or implementing solutions for business areas;

Working close to the business solving day-by-day problems, helping the business teams to find good solutions

Report the progress of activities according to the standards defined for the IT area;

Consistent delivery design, implement and maintain software applications seeking to serve internal customers by optimizing resources and processes

Highly collaborative professional with a business partnership approach in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Quality of deliveries: on time, on budget, no errors.

COMPETENCY / SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong written and oral communication skills, including excellent contract negotiation and drafting skills. Attention to detail.

Assertive communication: able to grasp details quickly and communicate issues effectively to other stakeholder communities.

Capable of conducting work autonomously and delivering on time in a demanding commercial environment: manage time and set priorities.

Ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Ability to conduct projects with multidisciplinary teams

Ability to resolve conflicts
