Providence is calling a Finance Manager who will:

• Support the local ministry/entity leadership teams

• Serve on local leadership committees as assigned

• Be Responsible for financial analysis and modeling in order to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs and to propose recommendations for achieving financial goals and budgetary targets

• Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Develop analytical reports to assist in enhancing process improvements and in increasing efficiencies

• Serve as a resource to clinical service line leaders

• Be responsible for development of financial plans, budgets, and support for month-end review of financial statements and other assistance as required

Required qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience

• 5+ years of finance experience

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Certified Public Accountant, HFMA or FACHE certifications

• 2+ years Productivity Data/Reporting Experience

• 2+ years Data/SQL Experience
