Distribution Manager $90,000 - $120,000

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Manager that will be responsible for the daily management of a Warehouse/Distribution Team in Appleton, WI. What will you be doing / Primary Job Duties

• Coaches and develops team members

* Ensures focused work efforts, efficiences and quality of product

• Develop and emplement best practices with systems, inventory control, picking and packing, and technologies

* Direct all activities related to inventory control and accuracy; manages the Cycle Count programs, and find root causes of errors and identify corrections and solutions

What do you bring / Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Operations Management is Preferred.

• 5 - 7 years of site management or distribution center management is preferred

* ERP experience; SAP experience is a plus

• Stong communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous union experience is a plus
