Deloitte Project Delivery Manager II - Wynsure Architect - TSP in Atlanta, Georgia

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

  • You be working with Deloitte's project team and client where you will be responsible for the implementation of the Wynsure software platform.

  • You will be responsible for designing the overall Wynsure system architecture based on business requirements and configuring the functionalities to meet specific needs.

  • You will be coordinating with project managers, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives by managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

  • You will responsible leading efforts to customize and configure Wynsure to meet business needs.

  • You will be developing custom modules, configuring rules and workflows, and integrating with other systems.

  • You will be designing and implementing integrations between Wynsure and other systems such as CRM, billing, underwriting, and claims management systems.

  • You will provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them in implementing solutions according to best practices and architectural guidelines. This includes code reviews, mentoring, and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

  • You will ensure the quality of the implemented solutions through thorough testing and validation. This involves creating test plans, conducting unit testing, integration testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing.

  • You will be identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in the Wynsure system to ensure optimal performance and scalability. This may involve tuning configurations, optimizing code, and implementing caching strategies.

  • You will be documenting system designs, configurations, and integrations for future reference.

  • You will be providing training to end-users and technical staff on how to use and maintain the Wynsure system.

  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes.

Our operate services within CTO include:

  • Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement.

  • Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products.

    Qualifications

    Required

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of experience with Wynsure Architecture.

  • 8+ years of technical expertise, insurance domain knowledge

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.

  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
