Insight Global Install Technician in Aurora, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is currently looking for a Wireless Installation Technician for a Fortune 500 Electronic Security client in Aurora. This position requires you to use your own vehicle for travel. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while driving customer loyalty and quality interactions through servicing, programming, configuring, troubleshooting, and converting existing security and site automation solutions - including, but not limited to security, fire and monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.

Skills and Requirements

  • 0-1 years experience with low voltage, cabling, installation, technical repair or troubleshoot, or applicable industry experience

  • Current valid State Driver's License and Vehicle

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Must provide own tools including: Folding Ladder, Electric Drill, Screwdrivers, etc. (ADT provides: drill bits, screws, zip ties, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience with installation, repair, using power tools, troubleshooting or setting up devices (security cameras, alarm systems, etc.) - Experience working in crawl spaces/attics/homes

  • Other devices: Network/WiFi in small homes, wires/cabling in residential locations (CATS, CAT6, etc.), phones, tablets, ATMs, printers, etc.

  • Customer service experience - Will be speaking with and interacting with customers on a daily basis

  • Electricians License null
