Direct the planning and operation of software application development activities to meet the School's goals and objectives.Collaborate with the CIO and members of the management team to analyze and implement the organizations technology strategies. Helps develop the information technology budget. Represents the McCombs by communicating with constituents, vendors, business partners, and other organizations.Direct the planning and operation of data analysis and reporting activities to meet goals and objectives. Ensures that technology is installed, managed, and maintained to provide secure, reliable, cost-effective computing capabilities.Manage staff by planning, assigning, and supervising work. Establish goals and objectives for personnel and evaluate performance. Develop staff by providing training and on the job experience to support professional development.Perform other duties as assigned.
