Administers and monitors day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.

Responsibilities:

Administers globally desktop systems by central tools and manages standards and the compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs L3 advanced-level remote installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, in a heterogeneous environment on-prem and cloud (Windows365).

  • Establishes and maintains standards for passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment through central management tools.

  • Communicates technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.

  • Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.

  • Participates in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.

  • Participates in training creation and conducts training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users.

  • Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.

  • Collaborates with the team regarding company-wide solutions.

Qualifications:

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's Degree required orBachelor's in Engineering . Advanced

Degree preferred.

Preferred Work Experience (years): 4-7 years of experience

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience with end user issues

  • Demonstrated technical experience with Jamf, Landscape, Intune,

  • Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects

  • Demonstrated experience trouble shooting

  • Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications :SCCM, VDI, Intune, A/AD

  • Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures

  • Advanced analytical skills (on escalation path from L2 teams)

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills

  • Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment

  • Experience identifying and implement process improvements
