SAP Concur Support Specialist

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as aConcur L2 Technical Support Specialist/Entry-Level SuccessFactors Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance related to SAP Concur’s /SuccessFactors Travel, Expense, Invoice modules. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients using SAP Concur/SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth operations and efficient resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Management:

• Configure parameters and settings within SAP Concur’s modules based on the overall design defined by the Functional Consultant.

• Manage third-party and Concur integrations (e.g., credit cards, direct reimbursement to employees, direct payments to vendors).

• Conduct initial testing of product configurations.

• Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to ensure the final system aligns with business requirements.

• Work within assigned customer project teams, utilizing various platforms.

• Technical Expertise:

• Perform work at the highest technical level within one or more functional areas.

• Customize application functions to meet specific business needs and processes.

• Apply a broad knowledge of various technical skills to fulfill customization requirements.

• User Support:

• Assist end-users with inquiries related to SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues promptly.

• Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex problems.

• System Maintenance:

• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities.

• Data Management:

• Assist in data entry, validation, and corrections within SuccessFactors.

• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.

• Training and Knowledge Sharing:

• Participate in training sessions to enhance your understanding of SuccessFactors.

• Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

  Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP Concur L2 Technical Support.

• Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP implementation and technical support.

• Familiarity with SAP Credit Management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
