Description

We are in search of a diligent and focused Sourcer to join our team. This role is pivotal in our aggressive hiring journey within the Manufacturing industry. The position is based in Stillwater, Minnesota and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct LinkedIn/Boolean searches to identify potential candidates.

• Utilize their ATS to manage recruitment processes.

• Implement various sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Participate in recruiting activities to build a strong network.

• Maintain clear communication with potential candidates, managing their expectations and experience during the recruitment process.

• Work across various functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing Leadership, IT, Logistics, and Maintenance to understand hiring needs and develop suitable job descriptions.

• Have a keen understanding of the recruitment market and the company's position within it.

• Collaborate with team members to establish best practices for sourcing, attracting, and retaining talent.

• Keep abreast of latest developments in recruiting sources and leverage them to benefit the company.

• Provide regular updates and feedback to recruiters and hiring managers on candidates.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least 2 years of sourcing experience in a role within the Manufacturing industry.

• ATS experience is essential.

• Proficient in identifying and utilizing various Recruiting Sources.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple Recruiting Activities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
