Tremco Incorporated Mobile Device Administrator in Beachwood, Ohio

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: This position is imperative to starting all new WTI employees successfully. The ability to work quickly and efficiently and ensure timely completion of all company-issued devices is mandatory. Attention to detail is required, and passwords and security are integral components of device setup. Prioritization of and responsiveness to field technician calls, emails, and other forms of communication are critical. The field technicians must fulfill many of their daily obligations for safety, time reporting, and documentation using their electronic devices; this role requires quick and effective support to keep the devices operating correctly. Device setup and shipment details must be documented and maintained accurately. Responding quickly and communicating effectively to end users experiencing technical issues regarding Apple accounts and device-specific problems is a top priority. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up electronic equipment (cell phones and tablets) for end users. Create account user profiles for applications (Apple ID, CompPortal, EZText, etc.) Diagnose and resolve device issues for end users. Maintain phone supplies and inventory to meet business demands effectively. Ship equipment to various locations. Assist end users in locating lost devices. Set up spare devices for end users when they report lost or stolen devices. Maintain mass texting database. Maintain line assignments in the device database. Utilize SAP for employment and shipment status. Utilize Zendesk to track and complete device suspension and cancellation tickets. Maintain shipment documentation, including tracking numbers. Maintain the device database with returned devices and correspondence with supervisors and managers. Research required information using available resources. Follow established processes and procedures. Ensure resolution completion by making and scheduling follow-up calls. Communicate and respond effectively and professionally with appropriate urgency to a high volume of calls, emails, and requests from internal and external partners and vendors. Have the ability to determine when to escalate communications to management. Complete special projects as needed. OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to collaborate and work closely with other teams and departments. Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work to accomplish department objectives successfully. Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and critical social media tools. Ability to consistently demonstrate the company's values of hard work and insight and to remain effective in their approach. Have a resilient attitude toward challenges and the ability to work under pressure. The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $37,000 and $47,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
