• 与其他业务部门进行跨职能合作，协调活动和可交付成果

• 推动产品开发和支持服务达到世界级质量

• 确保团队收到一致的信息，并对业务方向、战略和结果有清晰的理解

• 让主题专家成功地转让复杂的领域知识

• 应用 SDLC 原则和方法，例如精益/敏捷/XP、CI、软件和产品安全、可扩展性、文档实践、重构及测试技术

基本资格

具有软件工程方面的高级经验。学术知识水平相当于计算机科学或“STEM”（科学、技术、工程和数学）专业的学士学位

技术专长：

• 计算机科学硕士/博士学位

• 具有基于 Windows 和 Unix/Linux 的编程经验

• 具有从事能源领域（能源管理、石油和天然气、电力和水）软件项目的经验

• 经过认证的 Scrum 管理员和/或产品负责人

业务敏锐度：

• 具有探索替代技术和解决问题方法的主动性

• 擅长分解问题、记录问题陈述和评估工作
