Together, we won't stop! Job Overview T-Mobile is looking for a strategic program leader to join a fast-paced, exciting team working to transform the retail experience for our customers. The Sr. Planning & Programs Manager is responsible for planning and support of Retail programs and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Retail Strategy & Excellence, this individual contributor is responsible for crafting and managing planning materials for the Retail Strategy & Excellence organization. This includes executive updates, program roadmaps, and management systems for key initiatives related to retail formats, retail merchandising, and retail store design. This role will work cross-functionally with key business partners including retail development, retail operations, branded retail leadership, and partners in brand and marketing. This role will take an active role in communication and materials in support of Retail Strategy & Excellence initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Assess upcoming business initiatives and develop launch, communication, change management recommendations for format, merchandising, and store design initiatives. * Establish management system to collect updates and progress from cross functional teams, publish to an executive audience, identify topics/items for steering and prioritization. * Establish metrics and key performance indicators for program success and corresponding reporting. * Translate strategy into tactical plans and track progress, proactively identifying risks and potential problems and proposing viable solutions. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal partner teams, working closely with operational and brand partners to ensure execution excellence, assisting with execution design if needed. * Have in-depth understanding of key business and customer metrics and build reporting mechanisms to support ongoing business reviews. * Create communication and supporting documents, plans, roadmaps, executive updates, etc. * Provide analytically driven insights to help ensure the program's success. * Present to and influence senior leadership regarding strategy needed to achieve business goals. . Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) MBA or other Advanced Degree (Preferred) Work Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, and/or program management. Tech industry preferred. (required) * 5+ years of experience in program or project management (required) * Experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making * Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Project Management - Strong project management, analysis, and execution skills, resulting in track record of successful achievements. * Data Analysis - Proven ability to analyze data from existing systems and multiple sources, consolidate results, create a comprehensive picture, and make/present informed recommendations. * Communication - Verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives. * Story Telling - Ability to create high-impact presentations that effectively communicate vision, strategy, and execution topics. * Influence - Ability to gain buy-in for your deliverables without authority. * Autonomy - Ability to work through ambiguity
