As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will assist the Production Manager and Improve Plant to identify, evaluate and implement process improvement, correct gaps and eliminate deviations (SHE, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Cost). To gatekeep, with Operators and Production Managers, the maintenance work necessary to be done in the production department (both preventative and unplanned maintenance). To ensure the reliability of data used in asset utilization for losses of hours due to technical problems and assist short (trouble shooting, mitigation) and long-term solutions execution with the improvement and implementation of systems. To build capability of operators, team leads and organization on technical function and operation of machinery and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Gatekeep, with Operators and Production Managers, the maintenance work necessary to be done in the production department and Develops a schedule to ensure corrective/preventive maintenance activities occur in an optimal manner

• Act as SME in forms area in maintenance practices and process technology/troubleshooting. Serve as trainer for newly appointed tech. coordinators, planners, technical assistants, and permit issuers. Focus and responsibility will be in Optima and 209; with overarching support to other areas as needed. Building assignments can change depending on the business and site priorities

• Provides multi-area coordination of activities in working to bundle maintenance tasks and contractor work.

• Build capability of operators, team leads and organization on technical function and operation of machinery and processes

• Leads Root Cause Analysis investigations and ensure the reliability of data used in asset utilization for losses of hours due to technical problems and assist short term (trouble shooting, mitigation) and long-term solutions execution with the improvement and implementation of systems

• Assist Production Manager and Improve Plant to identify, evaluate and implement process improvement, correct gaps, and eliminate deviations (SHE, Quality, Production, Maintenance and Cost)

You Bring:

• 10 years minimum experience as Maintenance or Technical roles

• Technical experience in Production

• Solid experience with SAP

• Knowledge of site process and procedures (SOP’s, Safety, Quality, environment.) related to production.

• Root Cause analysis and incident investigation skills as well as problem solving experience

• Experience with requesting quotations, interactions with vendors, requisitions, and invoices management.
