Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) organization is looking for Test Automation Engineer to be part of our BIETC team. This position will support both the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Policy & Integration teams. Join our organization and leverage your knowledge in System Integration and Cyber Security to provide guidance and support to our business.

Key activities may require collaborating with Global teams and working with Information Security teams to ensure our services meet the business requirements.

This role will be based out of Bangalore , India .

Position Responsibilities:

• 5-8 years of experience in QA software testing with full development lifecycle experience, including designing, developing and implementing test plans, test cases and test processes, functional automation testing using Selenium, API, Postman, JMeter, SOAP, Java.

• 2-3 years of experience in software quality testing of web client/server and web services applications using manual and automation test tools.

• Experience in System integration testing, Regression testing, Performance testing, load testing and User acceptance testing.

• Experience in implementing different automation development efforts in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall development environments.

• Experienced in leading offshore team and adjusts work assignments or schedules to meet changing work-related priorities or demands.

• Experience in creating Test Plans, Test Scripts, Test Scenarios and Test Reports using High Level and Detailed Design.

• Experience in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), and QA metrics like, Test execution status, Defect report and Daily/Weekly Status Reports.

• Consistently established and maintain solid rapport with QA, development and business counterparts.

• Experience with Cross-Browser and Compatibility Testing to test whether the web applications are working as desired in different browsers and environments.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to understand and analyze complex issues and team player.

• Experience in implementing Continuous Testing.

• Experience in API Functional testing & API Test automation using Postman & Rest Assured.

• Demonstrate strong organizational and attention to detail skills.

• Strong ability to think and communicate at the conceptual, logical to the detailed levels.

• Provide Information security solution and design advice and counsel to portfolio personnel, project teams and the Business ensuring proper balance of business needs, risk and cost.

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise application architecture.

• Knowledge of working in DevSecOps environment.

• Possessing good understanding of risk management, security architecture, common design flaws/weaknesses and vulnerability analysis.

• High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & ability to work with multiple personality types.

• Architecture: Client server, Web based application, API/RESTful Services

• Databases: Oracle, MS SQL, SQL Server, Azure SQL Database

• Cloud Platform: Azure, AWS

• Source Code Management: Git, Gitlab

• Operating Systems: Windows XP/7/8/10, Linux, Mac

• Browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.

• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Be fluent in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.

• Knowledge/ Experience working in Cyber Security.

• Master’s degree
