Job Overview

As a DevOps engineer you will be in charge of planning and deploying production servers in high scale on AWS, deploying services to Kubernetes, monitoring our infrastructure and supporting our development teams.

Responsibillities

• Develop, automate and enhance SaaS/PaaS platforms built on AWS

• Ensure the availability, performance, scalability and security of production systems

• Build automated tests, monitoring and alerting mechanisms to help assure quality and stability of various services

• System troubleshooting and problem-solving across the platforms

• Suggest and implement best practices and architecture improvements

Technical Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Cloud services in a 24x7 uptime environment

• Competency in bash and SQL for automation. Python is an advantage.Experience with automation technologies such as Terraform , CloudFormation, Ansible, Gitlab , Jenkins (or similar platforms).

• Experience with system monitoring tools, analyze and resolve complex infrastructure and application deployment issues

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields, or equivalent work experience
