Lockheed Martin Organizational Development Senior Staff in Bethesda, Maryland

Description: As an experienced practitioner on the Lockheed Martin Transformational Team (1LMX), you will collaborate closely with 1LMX process owners to enhance organizational effectiveness through forward-thinking organizational design initiatives. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

• Analyzing critical business challenges and crafting strategic plans for organizational development to elevate company performance.

• Leveraging your deep expertise to act as a trusted advisor on organizational design for business executives, with a keen focus on diversity and inclusion.

• Collaborating with business partners to align organizational design with overall strategy, transforming functions, and integrating products in a way that embraces diversity and inclusion.

• Developing and proposing structures, workflows, roles, and processes that establish a system fostering desired organizational behaviors and outcomes, ensuring inclusivity for all.

• Analyzing data, including HR, financial, and program data, to provide insights into the advantages of organizational design models for diverse client organizations and the broader 1LMX program.

• Conducting organizational assessments and interventions as needed to enhance team and individual performance, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

• Effectively managing complex stakeholder relationships, promoting an inclusive and diverse work environment.

Basic Qualifications:

- Deep expertise in Organization Design models, consulting, or systems-thinking

- Proficiency in facilitating executive-level workshops and delivering high-impact outcomes

- Adept at navigating through intricate scenarios, providing innovative solutions, and fostering effective problem-solving

Desired Skills:

- Ability to quickly pick up information and operate autonomously while navigating complex stakeholder management

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
