Job Description
The Digital Media Coordinator performs duties such as utilizing research tools to gather data, developing reports, managing the digital media buys, and collaborating among the team to offer appropriate support for assignments and special projects.
Responsibilities:
Support the Digital Planner/Buyer for specific regions in the development and execution of client’s Digital buys
With training, develop thorough knowledge of Prisma buying software and MRG internal Digital management tools
Assist with collection and processing of missing invoices. Work with billing company and vendors to secure processing
Assist in the collection and filing of Digital insertion order confirmations
Review Buy confirmations for accuracy and assist in communication with to field representations and clients
Research new opportunities, assist in developing presentations and agency POVs.

Qualifications
Education we’re seeking:
- Four-year degree in the area of Advertising, Marketing or a similar discipline
Skills and abilities we’re seeking:
Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Solid math skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Good work ethic
