The Workplace Experience Supervisor leads a team who serve as cultural ambassadors, community advocates, and service leaders in their workplace. You would lead all aspects of providing services for a building or campus, with the goal of ensuring that operations and processes align with client needs and objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Provides supervision of delivery of Experience Services, including establishing work schedules, assigning tasks.

  • Services include, but are not limited to: Concierge, Reception, Room Management. A/V Support, Meeting & Event Management, Supply & Expense Management, Meeting & Events Coordination, and Facilities Maintenance and Equipment Care, etc.

  • Responds to customer requests and complaints with accurate and detailed information according to specific request .

  • Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan.

  • Maintain relationships with vendors who provide services and goods to ensure all vendors used have current proof of insurance and contractual documentation in place, per requirements. Coordinates maintenance repair work.

  • Oversees, applies, and maintains integrity of databases and other digital tools, which may include administration of SharePoint sites or similar associated with service delivery, as requested. Performs audits and reporting as needed.

  • Ensures safety standards are met by those delivery Experience Services; whether company employees or third party service providers.

What You'll Need

  • HS Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 4+ years of related (e.g. Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, Room Management, or Customer Service) roles preferred.

  • Open and flexible work schedules.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret sophisticated documents and solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Desire to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.

  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.

  • Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills.

  • Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations and resolve issues.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Desire to learn new technologies and digital tools; such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.

  • Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $48.08 per hour and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Supervisor position is $57.69 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
