Role Description

We have an exciting Data Analyst opportunity to assist one of our clients in a full-time contract role for 4 months with a possible extension.

Immediate start is available.

This is a hybrid work setup; you must be on-site at our customer's office for 60% of the week in Brisbane. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and interpreting complex data for inconsistencies, developing methods to clean them, and strategies to rectify systems by engaging with the relevant people in the business.

The HR Data Analyst will work with the HRIS Program Management team, understand project requirements and undertake:

  • Design HR Master Data Standards

  • Export Data from S/F and validate against standards - using Excel and Python skills

  • Clean up HR Data - Work with the business and the Hire2Retire project team - ensure IDAM projects has clean HR data for consumption

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Data analysis understanding and experience, HR data experience would be highly regarded

  • High level of technical ability to extract and analyse HR system data using Excel, Python and other tools.

  • Strong understanding of HR data concepts and the lifecycle of HR-type data

  • Highly desirable to have Hire to Retire business experience

  • Highly desirable SuccessFactors and SAP experience

  • Contribute to the further development of an HR Conceptual and Physical Data Model

This is a Brisbane based role that requires a presence on site. Accordingly, valid work rights for Australia are essential to qualify for this role.
