HP Inc. Lead-to-Cash: Process architect / Scrum Master in Bucharest, Romania
Description -
Are you ready to imagine the future and help us transform? Lead-to-Cash is an ELT sponsored process re-engineering programme tasked to dramatically simplify and streamline HP's processes from lead generation to cash collection. We are looking for strong subject matter experts that will independently drive and coordinate workstreams in the Order to Cash space.
Responsibilities:
Provide thought leadership to drive optimized process designs across sub processes
Lead design thinking and solutioning activities
Supports coordination of program execution across various sub processes
Leading cross-functional projects and workstreams with medium to high complexity
Utilizes and assists others in utilizing standard project management and quality improvement methodologies in process improvement approaches.
Establishes processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintains process documentation.
Actively involved in Management of Change activities
Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.
Typically 6-10 years of related experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Solution Delivery
Strong project and programme management experience
Quality improvement training required and certification a plus.
Experience in user experience design
Knowledge and Skills:
In-depth knowledge of HP operational processes, industry trends, and customer/partner requirements.
In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Strong business experience in at least one of these areas: eOrdering, Order Management, Invoicing, Dispute Management
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation), leadership, and influence skills. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
Excellent project and programme management
Self-starter with ability to work remotely under pressure and with minimal supervision
Solid financial and business acumen.
