We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Receptionist located in Buffalo, New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing reception duties and assisting with food pantry tasks. This role requires skills in answering multi-line phone systems, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, and organizing files, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reception duties which include answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, and email correspondence

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors

• Assist with organizing and maintaining files

• Support the food pantry with various tasks as needed

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to perform data entry and other administrative tasks

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

• Handle any other receptionist-related duties as required.

Requirements • Proficient in answering multi-line phone system

• Demonstrable customer service skills

• Experience in data entry

• Ability to handle email correspondence effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Ability to organize files efficiently

• Experience in scheduling appointments
