Location: Remote

Pay Range: $55/hr - $59/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint Analyst & Trainer who is adept at organizational change management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and conducting interactive training sessions, crafting effective communications, and developing skill paths to enhance employee competencies in utilizing Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions on Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint to employees at all levels within the organization.

• Develop customized training materials and documentation, including guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.

• Assist in the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint across the organization.

• Play a pivotal role in the organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions as new technologies and processes are implemented.

• Create skill paths for different roles to ensure continuous learning and development.

• Leverage Viva Engage to build a collaboration and productivity community that nurtures employee-led discussions that can be supported with training opportunities.

• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees, addressing any issues or questions related to Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint.

• Collaborate with IT and communications teams to craft and disseminate clear and concise communications regarding updates, best practices, and tips for using Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint.

• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint features and updates, ensuring the organization maximizes its investment in these tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a trainer or analyst with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Viva Suite and SharePoint.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate a diverse audience.

• Strong understanding of corporate communication strategies and employee engagement.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical information into user-friendly language.

• Experience in creating training materials and documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, education, or a related work experience.
