ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company Graphic Designer - Developmental in Chantilly, Virginia

Provides design expertise and capabilities including, but not limited to, development of concepts, strategies, or visual design artifacts utilizing user-centered design practices and methods.

  • Develop mission-critical infographics and data visualizations for leadership

  • Convert customer requirements into innovative digital designs, marketing collateral, and outreach material.

  • Help to develop a branded design strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Industry leading certification for expertise preferred

  • 4-6 years of experience in graphic design

  • Proficiency with the Adobe suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, and Photoshop

  • Requires a current TS/SCI with FS polygraph

  • Other Job Specific Skills

  • Writes in a clear and concise manner to be able to convey information to a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.

  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation, paying close attention to detail.

  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat Professional.

  • Experience with desktop publication tools from Adobe and Microsoft.

  • Ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and translate these requirements into technical documentation.

  • Experience with proven results in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Advanced technical writing and presentation skills.

  • Ability to review technical documents for grammar, content, and style of writing.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate progress against schedule.

  • Capability to handle sensitive and complex issues with discretion and good judgment.
