Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and experience Oracle Database Engineer to join our team to assist with the development of our merchant services core platform. The ideal candidate will have an background in transaction processing. They will work closely with business partners to develop requirements, record and document the design and work closely with the Tech/Business product owners, architecture team for direction.

Primary Skill

Required Skills

• Experience between 10-15 years

• Strong leadership, communication, writing, and relationship skills across varied levels of influence

• Ability to design the system with little direction or guidance

• Excellent analytical and logical skills

• Self-starter with thought leadership

• Ability to partner with both technology and business associates to implement solutions

• Strong knowledge of project life cycle, Java, Spring Boot, AWS and Azure..

• Ability to multi task and work independently.

• Require knowledge in below technologies.

Oracle

Desired Skills

• Payments or Banking background is highly preferred

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to team environment

• Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodology and understanding of various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Ruby tools

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for PL/SQL Code development, not database operations candidates

W2 only, 3 days week onsite uptown CLT
