Job Description:

Role Summary:

This position is expected to assist and work collaboratively with sales, operations, IT, finance and our Channel and Product marketing teams in the execution of TTI Floor Care cost to serve initiatives. This position will have an active role in the relationship with customer’s replenishment, transportation, and distribution teams. Sales Operations Analysts are required to think outside the box, identify alternative solutions for problems and be able to investigate and identify root cause of failures.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Subject matter expert of the customer’s inventory position and goals as well as the customer fines and penalty program (On-Time, In-Full; OTIF).

  • Active participant in the relationship with replenishment teams, including system settings/FC changes/Order alignment/Direct Imports/etc…, to properly manage weekly orders and promotions.

  • Oversee customer service order processing (minimize product cuts & monitoring, tracking PO status).

  • Integrate with customer portal data and manage key data investigations.

  • Partner with the order processing team for direct online fulfillment customers.

  • If applicable, lead the Direct Import initiative with select customers.

  • Communicate and/or present findings and recommendations to the business.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Finance

  • 2-4 years of sales and operations planning experience

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a complex organization

  • Ability to be pro-active and understand multiple aspects of the business

  • Ability to drive process improvement and adherence

  • Strong communication and organization skills required

  • Excellent skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

  • Ability to aggregate large amounts of data quickly and efficiently

  • Familiarity with Retail Link, MRP systems- Oracle and EDI preferred
