Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years of BA experience in evaluating telecom business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, business values, KPIs.

• Worked on Digital Transformation projects where thorough requirement gathering (Clearly articulating the functional and non-functional requirements) is conducted, AS-IS and To-be process are fetched from stakeholders. A solid understanding of deriving KPIs (such as volume, code reusability, process reusability, compliance etc) from the process captured.

• Follow-up and seek Business process reviewed and signed-off from all stakeholders.

• Good understanding of BPM (Business process modelling) tools like Redhat, Camunda, Itentials etc.

• Participate in User Acceptance test (UAT), document the UAT familiarisation, recording any Change requests (CRs)

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences, sometimes acting as a translator between parties

• Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach

• A good understanding of the Software Delivery Life-Cycle (SDLC) and the Software Testing Life-Cycle (STLC)

• Good hands-on on Modelling tools like UML diagrams, flow charts, data flows, sequence diagrams, wireframes etc.

• Knowledge on test strategies, test plan, test reports, RCA process, Requirement traceability

Good to Have

• Networking domain knowledge - CCNA/CCNP level of networking experience

• Demonstrate skill sets on Python, DBs (MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres), Data visualisation (Tableau, PowerBI), Git

• Experience in working in an agile environment such as Scrum including agile ticketing systems such as Jira
