JPMorgan Chase Business Analyst in Chicago, Illinois

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Create Epics and Jiras to capture requirements and groom them for sprint planning. Prioritize stories from the backlog for upcoming sprints in sprint planning sessions, attend all scrum ceremonies, and conduct and streamline data quality testing with partner teams. Collaborate with partner teams to explain integration requirements, identify gaps and risks, and address them. Participate in technical design and provide input to the design recommendations and to the information or data flows. Create Test Strategy and Test Plan documents, raise defects, provide test estimates, and create test artifacts such as test scripts and test scenarios. Develop automation test scripts to develop complex SQL queries. Perform functional, system integration, and regression testing. Leverage the subject matter expertise of Access Payments to support technology and operations teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Software/Application Developer, Software Engineer, Test Engineer, IT Team Lead, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Software/Application Developer, Software Engineer, Test Engineer, IT Team Lead, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: ISO 20022 format for payments; ACH; NACHA; wire transfers; SWIFT; creating Test Automation scripts using LISA and Selenium; SQL; Cassandra; Agile processes; documentation of technical specifications; JIRA stories.

Job Location: 10 South Dearborn Street, Chicago, IL 60603. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
