Position Purpose
We’re seeking spirited “can do” people to join our Warehouse team in the exciting world of hazmat compliance. Experience in Operations Data Analysis is preferred. This is a fast paced environment and requires a great attitude, attention to detail, punctuality and great quality control. Your ability to collaborate with others, communicate, and be dependable are all crucial for this job and able to stand for the whole day.
In collaboration with Operations Management and Inter-Department Personnel the Operations Data Analyst will cross-reference various reports with emphasis placed on analyzing current open customer orders, planned production or rework sequences needed to maximize throughput while meeting customer Service Level Agreement (SLA). Additional daily job responsibilities will include reviewing operations data, building reports based on these findings and recommending solutions to improve the operations performance metrics.
- Essential Functions & Principal Accountabilities
Reviewing and updating daily reports for customer orders.
Providing updates and communication with different departments.
Reviewing inventory storage bin reports sharing update and maintaining inventory accuracy .
Reviewing and analyzing customer quality errors and determine root cause.
Tracking employee metrics while providing daily update to Operations Management
Interfacing with operations leadership, various Inter-Departments on status updates
Assist with development and facilitation of reporting functions
Monitoring all operations transactions through the ERP system (MS 365 Business Central)
Reviewing operations, procedures, and functions to find areas of improvement.
Using statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to operations issues.
Gathering information by observing workflows, reading company reports and conducting employee interviews

Excel Proficient-Experience applying advanced knowledge of data manipulation, pivot tables and reporting tools
Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions

- Education/Training/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience Required
Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis Required
Computer literate (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
Experience with ERP Systems (IE. MS 365 Business Central, MS Dynamics NAV, Oracle, SAP,)
