Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: Program Principal – Strategic Business & IT Description: We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as the Program Principal for Strategic Business & IT. This role will be pivotal in orchestrating the seamless alignment of business objectives with cutting-edge IT solutions. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their strategic vision, identify opportunities for leveraging technology, and develop actionable plans to align IT initiatives with their business objectives. You will also partner with various delivery teams ensuring strategic roadmap is delivered on time and achieves desired result with emphasis on leveraging industry best practices and Enterprise Architecture principles. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Business & IT, this role will be responsible for leading development, sales, solution, and delivery of Strategic Business & IT program offerings for TEKsystems Global Services Enterprise customers. This role will be accountable for ensuring delivery excellence and providing thought leadership to our customer’s executive and technical leadership. Responsibilities: Capability Development: In this role, you will lead the development of Strategic Business & IT offerings for customer’s Enterprise Transformation needs. This includes but is not limited to large-scale initiatives such as cloud migration, application modernization, data analytics optimization, cybersecurity enhancement, and Enterprise architecture enablement. Technical Expertise: •You will leverage your in-depth expertise in Enterprise IT space, staying updated on the latest advancements on tools and services available in the market, and guiding the team in applying best practices to build offering that can be delivered to customer at scale. 2. Team Training and Development: •As a leader of the program, you are required to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools and artifacts that enable innovation, collaboration, and excellence in delivering high-impact solutions to our clients. 3. Innovation and Best Practices: •As a leader of the program, you are required to drive innovation and the adoption of best practices in business & transformation strategy development, modern Enterprise architecture frameworks. Strategic Delivery: In this role, you will engage directly with TEKsystems customers to understand their transformation challenges and provide expert guidance and architectural pathways to achieve modernization goals. You will work closely with customer leadership, technical architects and project sponsor to ensure modernization initiative is making progress per defined timelines and milestones while adhering to industry standards. 1. Project Planning and Execution: •As a Program Principal, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and successful delivery of Strategic Business & IT projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards. 2. Risk Management: •As a Program Principal, you will be responsible for Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks and challenges associated with architectural designs. Implement development strategies to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of solutions. 3. Architectural Thought Leadership: •As a Program Principal, you will be required to analyze customer’s requirements, understand current state, and build target architecture that leverage modern technologies and platform to achieve faster time to market. Customer Engagement 1. Strategic Consultation •Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and strategic priorities. •Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on how technology can support and enable their business objectives, leveraging insights based on Enterprise Architecture framework and principles. 2. Strategic Assessment •Conduct comprehensive assessments of client’s current IT infrastructure, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement, perform maturity analysis of key IT enablers. •Collaborate with clients to define strategic IT priorities and initiatives aligned with their long-term vision. 3. IT Strategy Development •Develop strategic roadmaps for IT initiatives that align with clients' business objectives and priorities supporting digital transformation journey. •Define clear goals, milestones, and success criteria for each initiative to track progress and measure impact, with input from relevant Centers of Excellence. 4. Technology Evaluation •Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic investment. •Provide recommendations on technology adoption and implementation strategies based on client’s unique needs and outline architectural vision. 5. Business-IT Alignment •Conduct workshops between business and IT stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of strategic objectives and priorities. •Foster collaboration and communication across departments to ensure seamless integration of IT initiatives with business processes. 6. Change Management •Develop change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and processes. •Provide leadership and support during the implementation phase, addressing resistance and driving organizational buy-in. 7. Continuous Improvement •Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices. •Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization and among clients. 8. Cross-functional Collaboration •As a Program Principal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define modernization strategies and roadmaps, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
