Summary :

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to work within our Non-Investment Grade team, which manages over $40B+ in assets globally. Our goal is to further deepen our research resources and position our team to build upon our long-term track record of performance. The successful candidate will join a large team of Research Analysts, Traders and Portfolio Managers responsible for managing high yield and leveraged loan assets.

Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate and integrate issuer fundamentals and industry trends into actionable investment recommendations

  • Perform in-depth issuer and industry analysis across a variety of sectors

  • Assist in building and maintaining detailed financial models

  • Monitor newswires and other data sources for information relevant to investment positions

  • Identify industry relevant ESG factors and how they impact an issuer’s credit profile

  • Prepare investment recommendation materials for presentation to senior analysts and portfolio managers

Qualifications :

  • Seeking a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related fields

  • December 2025 or Spring 2026 expected graduates preferred

  • Interest in financial markets and investing

  • Capable of analyzing complex topics and effectively communicating conclusions to senior analysts and portfolio managers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and aptitude for quickly learning new skills and technologies

  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum GPA of 3.3
