Job Description

This person will be supporting our client from India during the clients off hours. They will be interacting with the business stakeholders to keep stakeholders aware of current situations and be their own project manager. They will also be working with product managers during crossover hours to understand business needs. This person will be working on requirements gathering and implementing requirements into Workday. They will be assessing and prioritizing tickets while following Agile framework. This person would be not only developing but supporting the business. They are currently in their implementation phase and requirement gathering phase, so collaboration with that is key for their daily responsibilities. This candidate will also need to attend scrum meetings 3x a week.

Skills and Requirements

-Strong experience with Workday integration functionalities and Workday methodology

-Experience working with 3 main Workday module keys: Core HR, payroll interfaces, and compensation

-Experience working with Workday studio integration and -Oauth

-Experience creating custom ID's from PeopleSoft to Workday

-Comfortable loading data into Workday

-Working with securities for integrating implementation

-Understanding of Agile framework

-Fluent in English with 10/10 communication

-Open mindset and out of the box thinker/solution oriented person Experience with Adrenaline (partner with payroll) null
