Position Summary The Master Scheduler will be responsible for forecasting project labor, equipment needs. Additionally, they will be responsible for material shipping and labor scheduling options for the Construction team. Primary Responsibilities (Essential Duties)

  • Serves as a primary point of contact for, and liaison with, sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments in regard to material lead times and shipping schedules, communicating available resources to the PM team.
  • Verify and compare current/estimated purchase orders with available inventory of materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.
  • Integrates purchase orders with master schedule; coordinates availability of materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet contracted dates and as approved by the PM.
  • Maintains master construction schedule; revises as needed with inputs from the Project Manager and Construction
  • Manager. Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related Project Operations departments.
