Job Description:

Our client is looking for a vendor specialist in the Cincinnati, OH area.

• Location:Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Hybrid M-W onsite; Th-F remote)
• Duration: 8+ month contract
• Rate:25/hr - 30/hr

The position will be managing inquiries generated from the department's billing of external parties for services rendered, as well as working with department management to solve related challenges. The job will require:

• The ability to communicate with several groups of both internal and external customers (in this context, product vendors)-mostly via email and IM, but over the phone if necessary.
• The ability to creatively and independently (within reason) research questions in a timely manner for said outside customers.
• As part of the above, the ability to work with several different technical resources, including Microsoft Excel and Teams, Power BI, and other custom applications.
• The ability to document the researched issues, in terms of both content and any financial impact to the department's budget
• Research of special tasks/ projects related to specific aspects of the billing process.
