The Data Quality Management Lead is responsible for leading the Data Quality, Data Products & Solutions, Metadata Management, and Marketplace teams, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the organization's data assets and the delivery of value-adding data solutions. This role is accountable for developing and implementing a comprehensive data quality management framework aligned with the organization's business objectives, managing relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners, and leading cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives. As a strategic partner to the business, this role will provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, evaluate cutting-edge technologies to enhance data quality management capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a key representative of the ED&I organization. *Lead the development and implementation a comprehensive data quality management framework aligned with the company's overall business objectives, including automated data quality checks, alerts, and data quality metrics and reporting *Oversee the development of data products and solutions, ensuring high-quality data is delivered to stakeholders *Lead the Metadata Management and Marketplace team, developing and maintaining comprehensive metadata repositories/systems to support effective data discovery, integration, and use *Evaluate and select third-party vendors and technology partners to support data quality management initiatives and manage vendor relationships *Develop and maintain the organization's data quality dashboards and metrics, providing insights into data quality trends and issues *Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in data quality management Education: *Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical field, or in lieu of a related degree, at least 10 years of experience in the field of Data Science or Information Technology *Related certifications (e.g., Certified Analytics Professional, Certified Data Quality Professional) preferred Knowledge and Experience: *8+ years of experience in data quality management, analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields, with at least 5+ years of experience in leadership roles *Demonstrated experience in data quality management, metadata management, and related tools and technologies *Strong understanding of data security, privacy principles and related regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) *Proven experience leading initiatives focused on implementing data quality management standards and processes *Experience in managing relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners Technical Skills: *Programming Languages (e.g., SQL, Python) *Data Analytics and Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) *Cloud Technologies and Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) *Data Quality and Data Lifecycle Management *Metadata Management Frameworks and Tools *Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Technologies and Techniques This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.
