Insight Global ServiceNow Engineer in Cleveland, Ohio

Job Description

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer for one of our largest clients. This person will work as a member of a team that supports the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with Firm technology teams and other departments to design, implement, and maintain workflow and service management solutions to improve the performance of technology and other services provided to the Firm. Their responsible will entail the configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This includes collaboration with other team members, establishing standards for junior team members, and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Information Technology services and support through effective function and integration of related underlying systems. Carrying out these duties will include leading the design of systems integrations and corresponding process, as well as coding of features and scripting automated tasks. The IT Systems Engineer is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients, producing quality work products, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Skills and Requirements

Must-Haves:

* 10+ years of ITSM experience

* 5+ years of experience within ServiceNow (configuration, monitoring maintenance and administration)

* 2+ years of ServiceNow administration

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.

* Up to date on the ServiceNow versions, Tokyo & Vancouver

* Prior experience with scripting tools to automate tasks

* Lead or mentorship experience Plusses:

* Experience in a Legal or Professional services environment null
